●2g系列安装型式有卧式、立式和支架式；2grn系列安装型式有卧式。

●there are horizontal, vertical and support types in the pattern of 2g series installation, the pattern of 2grn series installation is horizontal.

●2grn系列泵是双层加热泵体，加热面积大，分布均匀。可对泵体紧急加热，但不会使零件冷热不均而产生变形以至不正常运转等异常现象。加热套可通热蒸汽或导热油对泵进行加热。

三、选泵注意事项     a few tips on pump selection

1、  应根据油品的粘度选择适当的转速，以保证泵的npshr能满足用户的实际吸入条件。

please select the appropriate rotational speed in accordance with the viscosity of the liquid, so as to ensure that npshr of the pump can meet the practical suction conditions of our customers.

2、  介质粘度超出性能参数表范围时，请与我公司技术部联系，我公司将为您提供满意的双螺杆泵服务。

if the medium viscosity exceeds the range on the performance table, please contact our technology department. we will always provide you with satisfactory service.

3、  用户选定泵后进行基础施工设计所需泵与电机的机组配套尺寸，请向我公司索取。

after the pump selection, please ask for the measurements of the pump and the electrical machinery unit’s accessories for the basic construction design.

4、  泵的安全阀可根据用户的需要配置，泵带安全阀只起瞬间保护泵的作用，不用作为管道溢流阀使用。

whether we will deploy the safety valve depends on customer’s request and the safety valve only protect the pump for a instant, can not be the overflow valve of conduit.
